Our Commitment to Price Stability
20th June, 2025 — In response to new VPN charges and bandwidth caps introduced by Inevidesk on 18th June 2025, Computle is reaffirming its commitment to price stability and technological innovation; principles that will not change. Since founding Computle in 2020, I have sought to deliver an innovative and cost-effective solution, free from hidden fees, vendor lock-in, and price increases. Five years on, this commitment remains as strong today as it was then. We are proud to be a company that delivers significant performance gains compared to direct alternatives, at a price point that is 30-50% lower, and at the same price point as in-house delivery, without any of the hassle.

Our Pricing Principles

Transparent and Stable Pricing

- We do not change prices mid-contract, such as RPI increases.

- When US tariffs increased prices, we absorbed them.

- We have no set up fees, hidden fees, or surprise charges.

Network and Infrastructure

- We do not charge for data egress or ingress across VPNs, file caching systems, or any high-bandwidth services.

- We do not charge for hosting Domain Controllers.

- We do not cap performance or provide shared hardware; only dedicated workstations.

- We do not impose bandwidth limitations or bandwidth charges.

- Our network backbone remains unaffected by users consuming large amounts of bandwidth.

Simple, Flat-Rate Storage Pricing

Our storage is delivered across highly-available storage clusters and delivered at the same price point charged by major cloud providers, such as Azure and Google Cloud.

- HDD-based storage: £10/month/terabyte.

- NVMe storage: £100/month/terabyte.

Transparent Pricing Innovation

When everyone else was forcing clients to request quotes, Computle innovated and released a public pricing calculator that empowers customers to see real-time pricing data across our global footprint.

Our Approach to Cost Management

Direct Supply Chain Management:
When other vendors were reselling hardware, I flew to China and built a supply chain that sources components directly from factories. This action reduced our sourcing costs by 20-30% and enabled us to remove reseller margins.

Direct Vendor Relationships: When NVIDIA directed me to purchase graphics cards from major wholesalers, I contacted every NVIDIA representative until I found someone willing to sell directly to me.

Infrastructure Optimization

- We operate from wholesale data centres in regional locations, avoiding expensive central London real estate costs.

- When VMware announced price increases, we migrated to open-source alternatives with no licensing charges.

- When we needed a connection broker and couldn't justify off-the-shelf costs, we built our own solution.

Future-Proofing: When Omnissa acquired Horizon, we began designing Computle Client v3, to offer hassle-free Entra ID-based authentication without requiring PKI infrastructure deployment.
