All prices exclude VAT/sales tax.
Can more than one person use a seat?
Each Computle seat is assigned to a specific user, however the assignment can be changed.
Does Computle have an SLA?
Yes, all plans come with a 99% SLA.
Are upgrades included in the price?
To upgrade, simply renew your plan.
Does Computle come with data backup?
Data backup can be added to each plan at an additional cost.
Can I use Computle 24/7?
Yes, you can.
Is Computle ISV certified?
Computle is certified for all major 3D software including Autodesk, Dassault, and Bentley.
Is support included?
Computle provides basic assistance in connecting to Computle. For more advanced issues, you can opt for paid support.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, but this will reset your billing cycle on the upgraded machine(s).

Do I own the hardware?
Computle is provided as a subscription service.
